Nestled in the heart of downtown Jersey City, three little birds is an uplifting classroom, a mellow yoga retreat, an inspired creative place, a groovy music studio and an oasis where you and your kids can unplug, get messy, meet friends, reconnect over a song or fly solo for a bit. Weekly classes include yoga, art, music and zumba. And our pass cards for fitness classes for women do not have expiration dates. Downstairs houses creative little creatures, our nursery school where you can enroll your little bird for a safe and enriching class in our magical learning and play space. We also offer childcare provided by nurturing and experienced caregivers, for those participating in one of our classes. Join us for one of our Girls’ Night Out workshops or monthly pajama parties that spring grown-ups loose for the evening. What’s more, we’re proud partners with the prestigious Newark School of the Arts, whose phenomenal instructors teach a number of our art and music classes.

More than a studio, three little birds is a community that makes our job as parents a little easier - a nest where you and your kids can live, learn and love together.
